<-----AddysonWe got to spend some time this morning with both our babies. We can't hold them but we do get to touch them and talk to them. Addyson is doing great - she is on the CPAP machine but just getting "room air" so she is breathing well. Braden is on the ventilator to help him breathe and he's getting a suntan to help with his jaundice - he's had the easy life up until now so he has to work a little bit harder now but is doing ok. He's had a tough morning and is resting now.

They are such little sweet children, God's precious gift to you both. Wishing you and your children the very best. Do they respond to touches? Thanks for sharing this time with us.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your two beautiful blessings! Praying for a quick recovery for Christy and also for the health of Addyson and Braden. Hopefully they will be home in their own cribs before you know it! God Bless you all! Kaylene Gehring
ReplyDeleteReading about Addyson and Braden being here and seeing the pictures brought tears to my eyes. You have been truly blessed and God will continue to hold these two precious ones in his hands. Congratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteI woke up several times last night, and prayed for the four of you. How good is God. We will continue to pray, for all of you. Ryan, I would like to have been a little mouse when you saw those babies the first time. Isn't it just too cool? You will make such great parents. . . and have a loving extended family ---even beyond the immediate!!!! Love ya, b&j

What a joy to see Braden and Addyson today! Hopefully Rob can come tomorrow. Words are hard to come by as I think about my baby brother having his own babies! We love you all and are praying for you. Wish you could have heard Drew praying tonight for the babies. Psalm 121: I will lift up my eyes to the hills--where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip--he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you--the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm--he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
